CJ Recruitment has been in business for over 30 years and needed a complete refresh of its brand including logo, website and other customer touch points. They wanted to maintain their strong reputation whilst looking like a fresh, modern recruitment company.
Based on a series of branding workshops we developed an impactful and effective identity. The new website showcases live jobs, recruiter and jobseeker zones and more focus on the specialist markets the CJ team operated in.

In a crowded sector CJ Recruitment needed to stand out. A play on the letters ‘CJ’ created a unique icon to sit alongside the company name. It was also key to project the personality of the company and it’s staff through iconography.
After winning the 3-way pitch, we continue to work with CJ Recruitment to roll out their new identity and branding across different media.
