Park Inn wanted to develop a new way to engage its staff with the hotel group’s customer feedback. It needed to create an opportunity for team learning and ideas generation that would have a direct impact on measurable uplift in positive reviews.
We designed and developed a cross media game that took the hotel teams through various scenarios generated from real customer feedback. Based around a traditional board game, teams worked their way around the board, dealing with a variety of challenges along the way. The best solutions were then uploaded to a micro site for management review and sign off. Other Park Inn hotel managers were encouraged to view, copy and rate ideas.

We worked with Lexden, the customer experience consultants, to develop a board game that would encourage and motivate Park Inns staff across the globe. The design used vibrant colours and fun persona characters, with simple instructions that were easy to translate.
