PowWow were approached to create a new brand for the US Hair and Beauty market that would culminate in the launch of a chain of Salon Houses across the US and beyond. Each Salon House would offer between 15 and 20 independently owned Salon Studios whilst supplying a host of support channels including marketing, online booking and an education programme.
Starting with client workshops, we worked alongside the Salon House management team to assist in developing everything from the brand name itself. The support took in the look and feel, position and gaps in the marketplace, tone of voice and user/brand personas.
The final designs rolled out across the website build, store branding, launch campaigns, event and direct mail collateral.
